A pick-up number must be provided for all pick-ups.
All items must be picked up within 30 days of purchase. We cannot guarantee availability or hold items beyond this period.
Assembled cabinets must be picked up within 5 days after the ready date, or a storage fee of $35 per day will apply.
The buyer must fully inspect the goods, or knowingly decline to inspect them, before leaving the premises. No claims for damages or shortages will be accepted more than 2 days after pick-up, and no claims can be made once items have been installed and/or altered.

Size changes must be made within 3 days of purchase to avoid fees.
Accepted assembled cabinet returns and exchanges are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Non-refundable items include assembly fees, service fees, modified cabinets, and glass doors.
The customer and installer are responsible for verifying all measurements and colors. Layouts provided by S&K are for reference only.

Items must be in original condition and packaging — no cuts, installation, or discoloration
A 35% restocking fee applies to all picked-up items, except cabinets and flooring trims.
No returns or exchanges after 30 days. Special-order items are non-refundable.

The original invoice number must be provided for all returns and exchanges. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. S&K Building Supply reserves the right to refuse any return for any reason at any time.

Our products and services are provided “as is,” without warranties except those that cannot be excluded under law.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the products or services involved.
You enter our premises at your own risk, and we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property except where caused by our negligence.
